When ordering for a power leveling service, please bear in mind that...
- your account will be safe with us
- you will not be able to play with your account for the period stated*
- all gold and items found in the process will be left in the account
- you should change to a temporary password before handing over the account
We will change the password to your account to avoid any interruptions during the process of leveling. If you need to check on the progress of your character, you can do that from another account or simply contact us and we will be more than glad to check that out for you.
*If you feel like playing with your character at any time, all you have to do is send us an email telling us the time you wish to have access to your account. That can be easily arranged as long you inform us at least 3 hours ahead. Do realize, however, that this will delay the power-leveling process, and we cannot process a refund for the amount of experience gain by you (if any) during the duration of your playtime.
